My First Blog!!!!

Hello All!!! This is my first blog. I am starting it to keep everyone updated on Kasen's progress as well as what Brett and I are up to. I am going to try and update this at least once a week.

Right now Kasen is 3 and a half months old. We go back to the doctor on Feb. 1 for his 4 month appointment so I will update with his stats after the appointment. I am excited to see how big he will be. At his 2 month appointment he was 14lbs and 25in long!!!! He is getting so big. He is very close to rolling over he just can't figure out what to do with his arm. It keeps getting in his way. He has gotten so big so fast. I can still remember my little "bird boy" that we bought home from the hospital. He was so small and fragile now he is big and starting interact more with everyone. I just love it when I go in to get him up in the morning and he looks up at me from the crib and smiles!!!! It just melts me!!!

Kasen, Grandma Milton, and I will be flying to Florida at the end of February to visit Great Grandma Jones!!! I don't know If I am crazy for taking almost 5 month old on a plane or not. The most challenging part of the trip is going to be when we land in Atlanta. We only have 45 min to get off the plane and make our connecting flight. I am sure it will all work out it the end. I bought a moby wrap to use at the ariport to help make things easier.
